Use Hubspot CRM/Sales to:

The Messages feature compliments any website lead generation that you have set up. Messaging visitors while they are already on your website is a massive bonus as:

  1. It gives them the opportunity to contact you when it suits them (normally much earlier in their buying journey)

  2. It’s more approachable than a formal sales email or call and will uncover prospects much earlier

  3. It helps you capture more leads and progress deals forward by providing guidance and information

  4. Messages gives your prospects a forum for questions that is much less intimidating than a traditional b2b sales call, encouraging contact much earlier in the buying process
