Messaging visitors while they are already on your website is a massive bonus as: 1. It gives them the opportunity to contact you when it suits them (normally much earlier in their buying journey) 2. It’s more approachable than a formal sales email or call and will uncover prospects much earlier 3. It helps you capture more leads and progress deals forward by providing guidance and information 4.
