  1. Based on using LinkedIn + an online prospecting tool to generate new leads.
  2. Example of a connect request and messages to connect with then nurture your connections.
  3. The process to easily move new leads from LinkedIn into HubSpot CRM to start the sales process.
  4. You'll be provided with a playbook with the steps you take to do LinkedIn prospecting.
  5. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook.

2. Proactive prospecting

  1. This is all about the theory and mindset of how to do proactive prospecting.
  2. You should complete this course before progressing to the sales playbooks.
  3. Up to 4-hours of coaching split over 1-month.

3. Sales playbook and coaching for the Connect stage

  1. Aimed at quickly developing new leads.
  2. Based around a 10-minute call with every new lead.
  3. You'll get buy-in for a longer Exploratory call or meeting.
  4. You'll be provided with a playbook with the steps you take to run Connect calls.
  5. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook.
  6. 1-hour consultation, Planning, 16 x 1-hour training sessions and live sales sessions over 4-months.
  7. £4,800 + vat *.

4. Sales Playbook and coaching for the Explore stage

  1. After the Connect call, you progress to a 1-hour Exploratory call or meeting.
  2. Aimed at learning about the lead, qualifying, and showing your credibility.
  3. You'll be provided with a playbook and slides with the steps you take to run Exploratory calls and meetings.
  4. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook and slides.
  5. 1-hour consultation, Planning, 16 x 1-hour training sessions and live sales sessions over 4-months.

5. Sales Playbook and coaching for the Meet stage

  1. If you have a consultative sales process, this step should come before pitching.
  2. After completing the Connect and Exploratory stages before progressing to a 1-hour Meeting.
  3. The purpose is to align your products and services with the prospects goals and challenges.
  4. You'll be provided with a playbook with the steps you take to run Planning sessions.
  5. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook.
  6. 1-hour consultation, Planning, 16 x 1-hour training sessions and live sales sessions over 4-months.
  7. £4,800 + vat *.

6. Sales Playbook and coaching for the Demo stage

  1. This step is not always required. It depends on your products and services.
  2. After the Connect, Exploratory, and Meeting stages, you may need to run a 1-hour Demo session.
  3. You'll focus on each prospect's top priorities to align what you sell with their goals and challenges.
  4. You'll be provided with a playbook with the steps you take to run Demo sessions.
  5. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook.
  6. 1-hour consultation, Planning, 16 x 1-hour training sessions and live sales sessions over 4-months.
  7. £4,800 + vat *.

7. Sales Playbook and coaching for the Close stage

  1. Typically the final step of your sales process.
  2. After the Connect, Exploratory, and Meeting stages, you'll progress to a 1-hour Proposal session.
  3. You'll present your proposal and budget as the solution to your prospects goals and challenges.
  4. You'll be provided with a playbook and slides with the steps you take to run Proposal sessions.
  5. You're required to provide and produce content to be used in your playbook and slides.
  6. 1-hour consultation, Planning, 16 x 1-hour training sessions and live sales sessions over 4-months.
  7. £4,800 + vat *.

  1. Can be one-to-one or group sessions.
  2. Price based on using Hangouts Meet or Zoom for online coaching sessions.
