UNTIL NOW. The [cloud sync tool we use](https://app.piesync.com/referrer/2czea) has just released it's FreeAgent connection so it's easy to add and update contact details in FreeAgent.   ### Here's a shot of what our sync setup looks like:   ![New sync FreeAgent and HubSpot](https://www.thetreegroup.co.uk/hubfs/New%20sync%20FreeAgent%20and%20HubSpot.jpg)   All I do now is update contact details in our HubSpot CRM (using the Gmail/Outlook integration or directly in HubSpot) knowing that [the cloud sync tool](https://app.piesync.com/referrer/2czea) will automatically update the other systems based on:   1. Add a new contact to FreeAgent - When the contacts Lifecycle Stage changes to Customer in HubSpot 2.
