This is one of my favorite features. I often get raised eyebrows when I tell clients we’re going to setup email templates as they naturally think every email is different. The honest answer is that every email should be different so it is relevant to every person you contact. There are, however, always portions of emails that are repeated over and over and a lot of time is wasted continually typing it out.

Templates is an excellent feature that allows you to set up common emails that will automatically merge in details about the person you’re emailing, such as first name, company, and job role. This means you can spend more time crafting an email that will really make an impact. The fact you can then monitor open rates, click rates, and even reply rates is priceless and gives you a continuous improvement approach to sales activity.

Most importantly emails you send repeatedly can be easily set up as templates in your Outlook or Gmail account allowing you to truly monitor sales activity by tracking and improving the amount of times your emails get opened, clicked, and replied.

The main benefits are that you’ll understand which email templates work best at creating, nurturing, and finally selling to prospects.

The cost for this feature: Some Templates are free but if you want full access to create as many as you want then you’ll need a Sales subscription that starts from $50 per user per month.
