I’m always evolving my company and regularly look outside of Automotive because there’s nobody else doing what we’re doing in our industry. I bring ideas from other industries to help us stay ahead of our competitors as the thought leaders on business growth in Automotive. Looking outside of Automotive and your immediate market will help you avoid following the crowd and can help you differentiate your own customer experience.


Surround yourself with inspiration

Whenever you see something that captures your attention, put it on display. It can be anything you like, anything at all. And surround yourself with the right type of people, this can also help you to attract success.


Get creative

Unfortunately, checking our phone is the first thing we do each day. Instead, feed your mind with creativity. Whatever it is, make sure it fuels your imagination. You’ll be amazed how much it inspires and motivates you throughout the day.
